Have you ever wondered how to take the classic BLT to the next level? When all the ingredients for a meal are in its’ name, it can be hard to make new variations of it. But here at Dip Dip Foods, we wanted to remake the classic BLT with adding a new twist – our Black Pepper Mayo!
Now I’m not one to go out of my way for a BLT, I’m not the biggest fan of whole tomato so the thought of that making up one third of my meal doesn’t sound very appetizing to me, but after one bite of this my mind was changed forever!
Our Black Pepper Mayo take the classic BLT to the next level by being the perfect co-star to your meal. It can be added to almost any dish where mayonnaise would typically be used and turns it from a boring condiment into a game-changer that everyone can enjoy!
4oz Bacon
3oz Lettuce
1/2 Tomato
2 Tbsp Black Pepper Mayo
2 Slices of Bread

To make our BLT, fry 4 strips of bacon in a pan over medium-high heat. Next prepare your sandwich by adding 1 tablespoon of ou rBlack Pepper Mayo to each side of the bread. Next, lay the tomato down on the bottom slice, then layer 3 leaves of lettuce on top of the tomato, then add the four strips of bacon to the lettuce. For an extra kick we topped off the bacon with some of the bacon grease from the pan because, why not!? Then add the second slice to the top of the sandwich, press to combine all of the ingredients, and enjoy!
